The newly launched GOAT is an Italian-American grill/lounge/speakeasy that’s poised to please Chelsea’s chic set. Formerly The Goat in Boots, its current iteration boasts a menu of wood-fired pizzas, grilled steaks and lobsters, moreish antipasti and sumptuous desserts including a peanut butter cheesecake that will have diners bleating in pleasure, all of which are devised by head chef Marco Muselli, who plied his trade at Malmaison and Mirabelle. Orchestrated by the peeps behind Eclipse and Cocoon, the tri-floored venue will also include a cocktail bar and an all-day lounge where DJs will spin tracks as the sun descends, as well as one of the coolest speakeasies that we’ve seen in recent times, which they’re currently keeping under wraps. This venue is perfectly calibrated to warm guests up for a big night in the area.
