Stolen Kiss – Recipe from David Embury’s ‘The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks’

1 part Sugar Syrup 

2 parts Absinthe 

6 parts Gin

1 Egg White to each 2 drinks 

Shake with cracked or crushed ice.

Crap, I’ve already made this drink. 14th feb. thought it was familiar. Didn’t like it as much this time, not sure if that’s my tastes changing over the year, or if it worked better at work than at home, different gin perhaps.
